| 7th Dumpling |
This is "dai-7-gyoza" which means "7th Dumpling" in English.Many Kanazawa people like this as their soul food.Its shape is like a ball though the normal Japanese dumpling shapes "crescent". Long time ago there were many dumplig restaurant here and it named "1st restaurant","2nd restaurant","3rd restaurant".......But now only a few dumplig restaurant including "7th dumpling" has remained in Kanazawa city.

"7th Dumpling" is one of the famous specil products of Kanazawa city so that many tourists visit here to eat it.However I think it is not famous among foreigners.This restaurant stands on the way from Kenroku-en garden to Kanazawa univ.It is just in front of the supermaret "Aeon-Morinosato".Please try to enjoy smacking it.
